Think you can make it? Of Course you can and when you are done, it should taste sweet, tart, and intensely tropical, with a bold passion fruit flavor balanced by smooth, warm vanilla and a zesty kick of citrus

* **Yield:** 1 serving

Ingredients
* 40ml Vanilla Vodka
* 20ml Passion Fruit Liqueur (such as Passoã)
* 50ml Passion Fruit Puree (or the pulp of 2 fresh passion fruits)
* 10ml Vanilla Simple Syrup
* 50ml Chilled Prosecco (served on the side)
* Half a fresh passion fruit (for garnish)
* Ice cubes

Instructions
1. **Combine ingredients:** Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit puree, and vanilla simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. **Shake:** Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until cold and slightly frothy.
3. **Strain:** Double-strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
4. **Garnish:** Float half a passion fruit open-side up on the surface of the drink.
5. **Serve:** Serve immediately alongside a separate shot glass filled with chilled Prosecco. Sip the Prosecco alternately or pour it right in!
